Return & Refunds Policy (UK, EU, International)

AllForm Active is committed to providing high-quality products. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

 

1. Return Period

  • UK & EU: You may return goods within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • International customers: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to shipping and customs constraints.

  • Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Be in the same condition as received, suitable for resale.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened electronics (smartwatches, smart rings)

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Custom or personalized products (see Custom Policy)

 

4. Refunds

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Refunds exclude customs duties, import taxes, or other fees for international shipments.

 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at sahelsoltani016@gmail.com.

  • We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Electronic items are also covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

 

6. How to Return Items

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Follow the instructions provided for returning the product.

 

7. Inspection and Approval

Returned items will be inspected to ensure they meet the conditions above. Refunds or replacements are only issued once the inspection is complete.
